Hi,
I am trying to connect my USB 2.0 external HDD to my PC. My MOBO is USB 2.0 compatable, adn i have used it before. And now all of a sudden when i plug it in it gives me this error:
This device cannot start. (Code 10)
What can i do to get it to work again??? I tried reinstlaling the drivers for my mobo and for usb 2.0 and cant get it to work.

Hi Matt, Just a few guesses really. Check for mobo updated drivers. chipset drivers, updated. Updated drivers for HD. Assign IRQ for that drive. Disable any unused ports in bios. Should free up IRQ's.
