Reply: (edit)I have modem drivers for that modem for win me....if u need it, email me...i can prob get it burned for u or something....i upgraded to winxp and i need the driver for that os and can not seem to find it. but my winme driver is yours if you want it.

Reply: (edit)Go to the Conexant website, they have generic drivers for those cards i myself just installed one after searching for ages to find the drivers. the generic drivers work fine,
www.conexant.com and look for the modem support section.
