Yes, i need the following modem driver by conexant. Chipset is : HSFI-CX11252-15
p/n DE-5W416 I think it is from a dell.
I need a driver for XP.. any help would be so cool..

I tried that one and it doesn't work,I get errors. ERROR 633 , Plus it says there is a conflict.
