If you find one, please let me know. I have a Sony laptop and I upgraded to XP and the computer will not enter sleep mode with the driver on the Sony web site.

I've had exactly the same problem with the Conexant HSF modem. I've got Sony on the case but their Tech Support leaves a lot to be desired...
Any help would be appreciated.

I suggest that u get the driver from Windows 2000 (if it works) as import it into Windows XP. You probably need to force the driver to install and turn off the "wait for dial tone" option for it to dial properly. All you need is probably the winacpci.sys file and the .inf files (E.g. mdmrpci.inf) from Windows2k.
