Hello!

I installed this card with an old driver version, and its working.I got teh driver in 2000.11.04..
i make the xp to find teh best driver for the card on the cd, and its working now.

I have a CD with the drivers frm old orig MB
they are C-Media type, did you try their WS?
The MB is Matsonic(MS6260S) try:

both windows xp professional and xp home edition did not accept the original drivers i had for cmi8330. I tryed this drive in xp prof.- it was accepted and works fine - i'm listening a great brazilian cd now. Thanks

I went to www.cmedia.com.tw. Then downloaded the Win2000 driver. I unzipped it, and put it in the Windows\sound folder. Next I went to install new hardware. And completed the install. It works

I have an old MB & integrated CMI8330/C3D,
and I managed to manually install NT4.0 driver from MB's CD.
