I have an iomega 16x10x40 CD-RW drive that my computer doesn't recognize and the usb root hub has a yellow exclamation point next to it. How can i solve this problem, so i can get my CD-RW drive to work again. All connections have been checked, double checked and reconected with other usb cables. Under the profile of the hub- it says: "Due to hub request failures, it has been disabled. I can enable it, but it still won't work. I need all the help i can get. I've done visited the hp site and got information off it but it didn't help, thanx for the tips if u have any.

Try to delete the usb drivers and reinstall
them. The device driver has an error and it
will not pass the signals.

If it is not the software drver then it could
be the actual hardware port. If the port is
bad then either a new motherboard or try
using an addon usb-port card.

Have you tried the drive on any other
computer?
