Hi,
I have laptop TravelMate 527 TXV equipped with USB 1.1 (I use for mouse and printer). I bought a PCMCIA cardbus USB 2.0 DTK PUC-102 hoping that I can use it for CD-RW Yamaha CRW3200-UXZ (I bought already). When I installed the USB driver, it seems OK but in Device Manager I didn't see any change showing that the Cardbus installed (the name should be changed into NEC USB 2.0/NEC PCI ...) then I tried to installed the CD-RW but I didn't know how to install it since I didn't get any special driver to install it (I got only Ahead & Adobe, and I still e-mail Yamaha Product Support). Can you please tell me whether I can use 2 USB in my computer or not ? If yes, why can't I install the USB cadbus ?
