Hi, when I Start my PC, There is no CD-rom Drive(ASUS45x), or if drive leter is there Cd rom not ready. But when i restart CD-rom work exelent. The problem are avelible olny when PC was been shut down. What can i do?


My system is old. Win98, AMD K6-200mhz, 32MB ram, sound yamaha, 2,5GB HDD, CD-Rom ASUS 45x.

chances are real good that you have a VIA chipset on the MB and need the VIA 4 in 1 driver..go to www.via.com and download their 4in1 driver and I bet it solves your problems..!
