recently i tried to watch a movie and i put it in and it read it but nothing happened i then tried a cd and nothing happened i went to devide manager and got this error

Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39).

I then uninstalled and reinstalled both drivers but that didnt help.

I am running windows XP professional and they had worked fine and then just quit.

Just watching a movie, should not make both drives to malfunction. Probably there may be a data bus/power cable loose connection inside u'r cpu.

try 2 fix it first.
