My CDROM Drive tells me it is not accessible when I try to use it. When I go to my computer - drive H- it tells me it is not accessibe -- drive not ready. When I go to start, run, it tells me it is not ready. H is my CDROM drive and has worked great until now. When I got in thru systems - device manager - it tells me it is working properly. How can I get it going again?

Try a bootdisk with cdrom support to determine if this is a hardware related problem. If you still can't access the cdrom with the bootdisk then it looks like a hardware problem.
