I hope someone can help me. I know very little about computers. I am trying to install a colour printer and the installation instructions are on a CD Rom. When I try to open the CD Rom I get the message "The selected disk drive is not in use. Check to make sure a disk is inserted". Then two options - Retry or Cancel. I get the same message when I have tried to download instructions re my new MP3. Its obviously the disk drive, and yet I was successfully able to install OAL and learn Greek via my CD drive only two months ago. Please help. Thanks.
Hi. In My Computer, it says DVD/CD-RW Drive (D:). I inserted a CD and tried to play it but the same message came up (as above). The icon didn't change. Please help. Thanks.
