Okay, so I just bought this new computer (Dell Dimension 2400 Desktop) because my old E Machines was a peice of crap. Now everything was going fine this one, until about a couple days ago when I put a CD in to play a game and it said that I didn't have a CD in the drive, or that it wasn't the correct one. And obviously, it was. Someone I know told me it must be a virus, so I downloaded the latest McAFee virus protection thingy and firewall and it didn't detect a virus. What's wrong with it? Please email me if you can help. (Jubilee248@aol.com)

Is it just the one game CD you're having problems with (in which case I'd just try re-installing the game) or is it having problems reading all CDs in which case it's probably a hardware problem, in which case you need to contact Dell first of all as it would still be under warranty.
