Castlenet Modem Driver Installation

I recently installed a Castlenet 56k internal PCI 56k modem. I downloaded the 5 driver files from the company's website, however, Windows ME will not load the files properly.
When using the "Hardware Installation Wizard", Windows reports it was unable to locate the drivers for this PCI device eventhough the drivers files are in the folder.
Any ideas on how to force Windows to recognize these 5 driver files or can you perhaps give step-by-step installation instructions? Castlenet has not been supportive.
