I need help. I'm using Windows XP SP2. My CDRW/DVD driver can't burn CD anymore. When I insert CD-R & try to burn file, Windows said "Windows doesn't support CD format. Please try another CD". But when I insert CD-RW, it can do burning process, but when I checked again, the CD is still blank. The burning process is just a fake. But it still can read CD, CD-R, CDRW, DVD.
What do I do?For your info: Few weeks ago, I install Java 6 & Java 6 environment (I delete my older Java), & update my WMP version 9 to Windows Media Player 11. Do they give negative impacts to my CD driver? I already change back my WMP 11 to WMP 9. But I can't find the older version of Java in the internet which was installed in my laptop at earlier time before I update my Java.

... try this "free" burning software:
