i have a camera card device built right into my tower and it won't work anymore the light doesn't even come on

Try unplugging from the motherboard, rebooting.

Plug it back in & try again.

UK MP's are thieving scumbags.

... go to "start" run (type) devmgmt.msc [press ENTER]

... see any yellow markers?

... if so click + right click device go to properties, update driver

... OR highlight with cursor r/click uninstall

... click "action"(tab top window) click "scan for hardware changes"
