C drive and D drive switched... help

ok so my C drive thinks its my D drive now for some reason my D drive is only 3 gb so my C drive only has 3 gb now. and my D drive has 160 gb which is what my C drive used to have.i know this is not a big problem but theres something i need to do for C drive to have it's 160 gb again. if this helps at all a few weeks ago i wiped my computer of all its information and started it over again maby that has something to do with it.
