When I upgraded to win2k the driver for my Canon printer bjc5100 had to be upgraded. I've downloaded the new driver but when I run the installation wizard it says the driver does not exist in the file I've designated. Any ideas?

Hi Victor.
Are you using the Win2k installation wizard or installing directly from the printer driver software?
It is best to install from the driver software itself.
If the driver you downloaded is compressed, such as a .zip file, you must unzip it before you can use it. You would need to download Winzip to unzip a .zip file.
Then locate the driver's installation .exe file and double click. Follow any instructions.
There may be a "read me" file in the folder with the driver. It may tell you not to have the printer on when installing the driver until the installation menu tells you to turn on the printer.
