i know this is old and solved problem, but i have aureal vortex sq2500 sound card and when i installed xp recently, sound just stops..
here i read how to solve it, but all link are dead -> http://www.computing.net/drivers/wwwboard/forum/240.html
so, if someone has this card and proper driver to fix it, plz upload it..

Not sure they make an XP version??? However, try here - the Win NT version MIGHT do the job

installed it normaly, everything looked fine. i even get better sound quality, but again the same story..sound drops dead after few minutes..:-(

omg people, can anyone upload driver that he/she is using...im already tired of browsing throught every dead link which could provide me solution..is it so hard

If the driver I linked too does not work, it is BETA after all, then maybe you have further PC problems?
