Hello, I recently upgraded to XP PRO from ME and there is no sound. I have an Intel(r) 82801BA/BAM AC'97 audio controller but when i look in the properties it says 'device is not installed properly (code 28)'. PLZ could someone help me fix this

After you download it ,you will need to unzip it to a new folder (say on your desktop)rite clik on your desktop then new then new folder , then go into device manager then click on your audio contoller then clik update driver then point it to the folder you unzipped

I have done all you said but while I was installing this, one note appeared: do you want to continue, because this softwear maybe isnt compatibile with win xp, and then i click "continue" and computer restarted...can you tell me where can I download that drivers for XP please???? Already, i downloaded 7-8 drivers but anyone from them wasn't compatible with windows xp.. I have windows XP, Service pack 3...can you tell me where i can download drivers for it? thank you
