Hi, I'm facing problem when i try to install audio driver(soundmax (built in audio h/w)) for win 2000. the problem is that after installing the driver and restarting the system the system gets hanged..surely i can log in to desktop..but from there i can't do nothing... i have installed audio drivers for win 98 and win xp ..it's quite working... in my motherboard cd there are 3 drivers ..one for 98 ..one for win 2000 & xp and one for win nt ..but i can't install the audio driver for the new win 2000 enterprise edition...i bought the system in 2001 only..the motherboard and all might had manufatured even befor that..is there any incompatibility problem..what should i do to install audio driver in win 2k enterprise edition.
