ATM Controller driver

CPU/Ram: 566/128M
Comment:
My device manager show I need a driver for an ATM controller. Someone told me this is for my sound card, is that right?

I have a cable modem and NIC card but cannot establish a local connection in the Network folder. I am wodnering if this ATM controller is the problem. Does anyone know where to get this driver? I cannot use an internet driver scanner as that computer is not yet connected to the internet.
