I have reformatted my harddrive and reinstalled windows, but when i tried installing my ATI catalyst drivers it says that it cannot install them because it cannot find the hardware, and suggests installing a standard VGA adaptor driver. I installed windows a month ago and it was fine. the only thing which has changed (and why i reformatted) was that i set up a new partition. a) what is wrong? b) where can i get a standard driver?

well first of all you dont need to reformat to partition. just use Partition Magic 8.0 available online. this will allow you to make partitions. as for the other problem, im not sure.
