Hello Ray,
It was very nice of you to respond to my problem. Actually this is what I am looking for. But somehow I am unable to download it? I have tried twice but somehow I don't get the download. Could you tell me why not? When I click on the Download button, I get the message that it is down loading but nothing shows up. Thanks for the help

I tried and had no problem getting it to download.
However, I have the file stored - 8.51mb - and will send it to you as email attachment. If you have dial up then it is likely to take 30+ mins to download!
