All Audio device stopped working

I was playing audio on Real player and meanwhile I let the Mozilla buffer the movie online so that later i can watch it without any issues. Now,wenevr am online and any audio device is working at the bkgrnd.. it stops working. I tried reinstalling Real Player, WM player, and finally the Audio Driver.. still the same issue... Please help!!
