I Would like to download voice mail software on my new HP but keep getting error messages. Found out I need to install 'voice capable drivers' on the Agere System PCI Soft Modem that came with my PC. HP Tech support told me I had to search the web to find the downloads. I've been searching all night, but no luck. Can you help?????? I'm running windows XP but have no idea what model modem I have.
Can you point me in the right direction ---- please????????
