acer al1716 monitor driver

I need a good acer al1716 monitor driver. Have tried downloading from acer and driver guide, both do not work. any suggestions?

But it's plug'n'play - does not require a driver and one is not included on the Acer disk!!

What the disk does include is a "Quick Start Guide" and "User Manual" and, probably, an older version of Acrobat Reader.
