AC97 Driver problem

Im using a MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum motherboard (socket 939).
I've got an intergrated AC97 sound card I believe.
I've found the 'correct' drives and installed them.
However after EVERY reboot my audio doesn't work. The "Sound" thing in the control panel is completely greyed out. If I go to drivers it shows my AC97 sitting there just fine. I have to reinstall the drivers after EVERY reboot to get them working for that particular session, why?!
