Model/Manufacturer: Intel / Core 2 Duo
Comment:
I have a VX2835wm Viewsonice 28" monitor and installed the latest nVidia drivers then rebooted. The resulting screen was extended beyond my monitors borders on the screen. The native resolution of my monitor is 1920x1200. I can't see the desktop icons on the left hand corner nor can I see the the taskbar. The picture becomes sort of distorted (blurry text, not sharp colors, etc) Tried inistalling/reinstalling, rebooted, no difference. When I uninstall the nvidia drivers and revert back to the normal Windows XP Pro drivers everything fits on the screen and is clear / sharp again but no forceware.

Has anyone experience this and was able to fix this issue? I'm starting to think that the NVIDIA sorftware might be thinking that the screen is connected to HDTV..

ANy help would be greatly appreciated
