64 sound driver 4 hp R4125

i have a R4125 hp laptop with a 64 athlon proccesor. it is supposes to contain a Conexant CX20468-31 sound card. does any one know were to find a 64 bit driver for this card. you see i installed the beta vista and i need some 64 bit drivers. if it is for windows xp 64 that might even work.
