4 in 1 Driver

I have the ASUS A7V600 Mainboard and have downloaded the latest 4 in 1 driver from their website. But being dumb I am a little unsure how to install it. Surely its not as simple as clicking on the exe file. Do I have to somehow remove the current 4 in 1 driver? Or will the new one just overwrite it? I just don't want to bugger everything up.
