xcopy command

xcopy command can not copy hidden or system file from window bootable disk

i give command

xcopy c:\a\*.* d:\a /e

If you are trying to copy files from a floppy to your hard drive is should be like this:

XCOPY /E A:\*.* C:\

By the way if you are trying to make your hard disk bootable you are doing it wrong. Use the SYS C: command.

Depending on your version of DOS, the /h switch copies system and read-only files.
