You'd need a 5.25 drive and a 3.5 drive. Then copy from one drive to the other.
I assume you're wanting to do this in XP. I'm not sure about XP support for 5.25 drives. What have you tried so far? Do you even have a 5.25 drive?

Expanding on Dave's reply above, if running dos, you should use XCOPY.
I do not think DISKCOPY works when formats are different.

And if you're trying to "save" your copy of WP, you would do well to move it to some sort of optical media (CD/DVD) as well. 3.5" floppies die just the same as 5.25". For that matter, so do CDs & DVDs, but they have a much better retention rate quality media is used and when stored properly...

Suggest you consider the method used if copying to a cd.
My experience is that each original disk (not the installed application) should be copied to individual disks.
This is because the installation process expects individual discs. Possibly not all are used, depending on user options chosen at the time.
Furthermore, drives A: or B: might be the only drive options provided.
