Net.exe is version dependent, but can be made to run using setver.exe

All Windows 95/98 DOS, have net.exe on the 95/98 in the setup cabs, and are available from any machine loaded with 95/98.

The question is really which net.exe do you want to run. You can go to ftp.microsoft.com and get allot there.
