Wavemix16.DLL not installed properly?!?!

I'm having trouble running an older game (1995; Dark Seed) on my Pentium 2 350 Megahertz with windows 98. When I load up my game, I get a message saying Wavemix16.DLL isn't installed correctly. How do I fix this? I assume it is the reason why my AVI files and the speech refuse to run within my game.
