You will find subst.exe on Disk 2 of the MS-DOS 6.22 Disk Set. It will however be in in compressed format (subst.ex_) Copy it and expand.exe from Disk 1 to a directory on your hard drive. Use the following command at the DOS Prompt to expand file -
