with

I get following message at booting:

ASPI for UHCI/OHCI USB

ID:0 LUN:0 = Sony Storage Media1.00

DI1000 ASPI Disk Driver Ver2.00
ID:0 = HD .. Sony Storage Media

and the pc stuck.

What can I do?

Maybe put the following as first lines in config.sys, and use the latest Panasonic USBASPI.SYS:

usbaspi.sys /v
di1000dd.sys

If that doesn't work, it is posssible your USB stick is formatted in something M$-DOS6.22 doesn't recognize.

Plug it on your windows PC and see if you can format it within a DOS session as FAT-16 or FAT-32
