I'm having (big!) problems trying to use GHOST ( any version) to back-up ( or restore) my hard disk to ( or form ) my external USB 2.0 DVD writer.
The external USB2.0 DVD writer is connected to an add-on PCI card with VIA chipset.
I started out with the floppy generated by GHOST with usb support, but that won't do.

I've downloaded all the aspi's, all the ohci, uhci, ehci you could possibly think of, but i'm having a bad time trying to put them together and make them work.

If anybody could help me out by giving what could be the config.sys and autoexec.bat, I'd be grateful!

Thanks in advance and best regards from France

Yves

Here's what I use with an add in USB 2:

::
device = \util\aoatapi.sys /D:oemcd001
devicehigh = \util\USBASPI1.SYS /v
devicehigh = \util\DI1000DD.SYS

I can send the drivers if needed.
