You would need a USB driver for DOS and a way to map it to LPT. I have never seen a USB driver for DOS, though, so I whink you can as well give up. Connect your printer to the LPT port instead (or; you should have bought a printer that could connect to the LPT port if you wanted to use it in DOS)

Hello Darren,
I have the same problem. I think there might be an solution: If you have a network installed you could share the printer in windows (e.g. "Netprint") and create some kind of subst (net use LPT1: \\hostname\netprint) in dosbox to make your usb printer available under dosbox.
No way in "Real DOS" just for the boxxed ver. If you donīt have a network the net and share command are not available. There is an loopback network adapter in NT4/2K but just canīt find one in W9x/ME..
Does someone know where to find a loopback driver for W98/ME??
