Comment:

I have put the following lines in CONFIG.sys:

DEVICE = USBASPI.SYS
DEVICE = DI1000DD.SYS

and my FLASH card is recognized as drive D .
but I have a problem.
when I pull my flash card out and then I plug that card or another one in, the system cannot recognize the flash card as drive D.
I have to restart the computer. I dont want to restart the computer.
Is there any solution for this problem?

probably not. DOS was not designed to be hot pluggable. What you are looking for is an unmount/mount command, similar to those for Zip drives.

Is there anyway to unload the drivers and then download the drivers again without restarting the computer!(both drivers)

Check http://www.infradead.org/devload/

its a device driver loader, which can load and unload device drivers (*.sys) files from the command linie, without having to restart dos.

That devload looks similiar to device.com that came with QEMM before.

One caveat - if you had loaded other drivers in between or after USBASPI.SYS and DI1000DD.SYS, unloading them is not a good idea...
