USB CD-Rom on DOS?

Need to setup Windows XP Pro on Notebook with USB CD-Rom...need information on running USB from DOS.

Is there an option in the BIOS to boot from USB device, or USB CDRom? If so, choose that option and boot from the XP install CD.
