I load Panasonic driver usbaspi.sys first in the config.sys and the Mhairudo di1000dd.sys next to support a flash multi-card reader with more than one card inserted. It seems that only one drive is detected as C drive and that the other card remain undetected. Is there a switch used with the drivers that may be used to detect the other cards or it is one card at a time under dos. device=usbaspi.sys /e /v (for USB suppot) device=di1000dd.sys (for flash card reader) The /e is used for USB 2.0 and leaving /e out is for USB 1.1. http://radified.com/Files/usb-dos.zip Note:the Panasonic usbaspi.sys driver is not the one by Mhairudo but the one in the usb-dos/f2h folder in the above download good for both.

Well, you can try loading the driver without the /e switch. It will then detect anything it finds, including the enhanced controller.

Summary: Hi As you say the SATA drive is recognised as a bootable device, therefore if the drive was SYSed from DOS, DOS should boot from it "theoritically", I suggested a DOS8 boot disk or even a W98OEM one f...
Summary: Hi everyone, Does anyone know if present day CDRom's with speeds up to 40/50X and sound cards (eg. SoundBlaster 16 ASI) work with a 486 system running DOS 6.22 and Win 3.11? If they aren't compatible,...
Summary: Dos will work fine with SCSI as long as the SCSI bios sees a drive and the drive isn't too large. (SCSI was around long before Bill Gates had even thought about Windows.) But apparently no SCSI driv...
