Comment: I have tried using DUSE and the Panasonic 2.06 and mhairu drivers along with ghost. Both ways allow me to run everything fine but the speed is incredibly slow. My pc and usb hdd are both usb 2.0 but its running like 1.0 speed. Any one have any suggestions?

Reply: (edit)you're using an iP4 on a DOS computer? not really a good idea since it'll go so fast it won't work well and you'll think it's going slow. say, maybe thats it?

Reply: (edit)wow, nobody has answered... maybe i was right! cool, i was right! so maybe you should get like, a co-processer if you use another operating system on your computer. i don't know much about them, but you could probably work it to have your windows partition work with a P4 and your DOS partition work with the co-processer, a P1. or if it's just DOS, sell your P4 and just buy a P1.

Reply: (edit)No, no, no. I'm work with hundreds of PCs and images. I want to use a portable 160GB HDD to hold images and boot a pc to dos and then run ghost from the portable to the pc. I can get it to work but ghost only runs at 60-70 MB/m which is nothing compared to ethernet which runs at about 600 MB/m; and correct me if I'm wrong but isnt USB 2.0 faster than ethernet? Anymore ideas?

Reply: (edit)Try specifying a special switch (ECHI or something similar, can't remember exactly) when running DUSE to force the USB 2.0 mode.
