pkunzip -d filename.zip drive:\directory

You must either have pkunzip in your path, or run pkunzip from its current location. The drive and directory have to be valid for the file to be extracted. If you don't include a drive or directory, the file will be extracted in the current directory.

It is even more simple than that. You have to obtain PKUNZIP.exe of course. Then enter PKUNZIP TEXTFILE.ZIP. You do not even have to include ZIP if you don't want. Just enter PKUNZIP TEXTFILE and it will decompress.
