It would be pretty helpful if we had some more information. What kind of computers do you have and what kind of accessories do you have? Do they both have floppies? Do one or the other have a cd and or a cd burner? Do you have a file transfer cable, (null modem) commonly known as a laplink, direct connect, or PC anywhere cable?
And, of course, WHAT is the dos program?

Right, what do you want to do? Do you want to copy the entire hard drive or DOS os or just program(s)?

well, im willing to hazard a guess that you simply want to move only one or two dos progs...if so, dos programs usually are self contained-you should be able to just copy the folder over- id remember to retain any directory structure that may exist, however, and because theres a possibility that it may have been referenced in autoexec or config.sys files (usually a path addition or some kind of paramater)youll want to try running it to make sure it works OK- this would be why the above responses preferred to know which prog it was, in case the boot files referenced it...but its not that usual..as i said ,they're usually self contained. might be a good idea to say what programs they are tho, just in case...
