Please can someone advise how to gain access to the bios. I wish to boot from a floppy. I have the password and have tried many combinations of keypresses to no avail.

When you start your computor up it should flash on the screen. On my pc it is ctrl_alt_esc

I had a Toshiba T1900 which (I think) is a contemporary of the 100cs. You needed to run a program "TSTETUP.EXE" from the Dos command line to get into the bios. I think all Tosh's may be the same on this.
