I posted then removed this issue days ago as for minutes the rights menus showed again leading me to think that was a glitch.

Now I confirm that on the DOS Forum the right vertical menu list is missing.

I run under Windows XP SP3 with IE6 as browser. All other site's pages look nominal.

Tank you Justin for your web site and regards.

Suddenly the menu is back. However I'll wait a while before I confirm all is working fine as I need to see the persistence of the correct behavior.

Hi IVO,

I somehow got rid of that right menu mess on all the forums. Probably via a FireFox setting. While it was there the msg and the menu overlapped and made the forum pretty much useless.

I think this is something to do with IE6 as I have experienced similar and other funnies with in recent times, even to the extent of frequent IE crashes. Sadly MS do not address.

Suspect it is due to size and/or content of webpages.

Started using Mozilla Firefox as an alternative and many funnies disappear.

Good Luck - Keep us posted.

As I said in post #1 days ago, now the right menu list displays nominal and the DOS Forum page behaves absolutely fine.

I suppose Justin did something as I usually don't believe in magic (though software is often close to black magic).

IE6 never crashed under my environment, but soon I'll be forced to upgrade to IE8 I experienced under Vista and I don't love. However some sites, I am a regular poster on, warned they are going to give up the compatibility with previous IE versions.

Right or wrong I stay with Microsoft.
