uhhhh, there could be millions. you should've at least told us what it does. whatever it is, it's 3rd party software, it doesnt come with windows.

kill comes with win nt, it aint available from ms under win9x. What does youre preception of kill.? do?
Maybe i can help you out with a utility that comes close?

download nt resourse kit.. it comes with kill.exe and tlist.exe kill.exe will kill a process by name or by PID tlist.exe shows all the running process and their PIDs.
