I used to be able to the following in DOS but I cant seem to remember the command for it, and browsing command lists doesnt seem to be ringing any bells. So ...

For some code I'm writing the data sits on a shared drive (M:) so, when working on it at home I've recreated the directory structure on my C drive so now want to 'map' M to my C drive.

I used to use a simple command in the following format :

doscommand C: M:

Does that make sense? Any help would be much appreciated!
