about replacement of CMOS battery , I saw close of the processor one ic called DS1287 with an image of clock on the frontal side .it's him which must be replaced? also, with the specific application software I saw that my PC does not identify the network card (un old problem), but the jumpers are placed at:300h I/O and DC000h MEMORY. What that means and how this problem can be solved?

No, the DS1287 is not the battery -- that is the integrated circuit with the actual clock. Look for a button-type cell (silver disk) or, on some older PC's, AA batteries.

re: network card the jumpers are the i/o port and memory address the card is set to. They are used as parameters for the card driver loaded in autoexec.bat. Is the card a WD8003?
