Here are some: * MS-DOS 7.10 (Windows 98) + Patch >> My favorite, but requires you to own a copy of Windows 98 for it to be legal * Enhanced DR-DOS 7.01.x * FreeDOS 1.0

Stand alone MSDOS 7.10 was released in 2003 and has nothing to do with win98. You can replace the win98 command.com with the updated version and it will say msdos7.10 if you boot to dos or in the dos shell in windows.
